Welcome to UTAS, the University of Tasmania.

Journalism, Media and Communications at UTAS equips students to critically analyse Australian and international media from a variety of perspectives and for work in the media industries.

Students study a range of relevant media theory and research methods and are introduced to the practical skills of writing, researching and producing for print, television, radio, and online media.
